1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through ROVESS. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. ROVESS reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee availability — we will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment is processed securely. ROVESS never stores your payment details.

4. Shipping

• Orders are shipped via PostNL within the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Standard delivery: 2–3 business days. Express: next business day.
• Free shipping on orders above € 50. Orders under € 50 have a shipping cost of € 4.95.
• ROVESS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

6. Warranty

Defective items can be returned or replaced. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

7. Liability

ROVESS is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or damage caused by misuse of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and EU GDPR regulations.

9. Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements. In case of a dispute, we will first try to resolve it amicably. If that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
