Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This period starts on the day you receive your order.

How to return

• Email us at [email protected] with your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
• We'll send you a return label within 1 business day.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible.
• Drop it off at a PostNL location near you.

Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition and undamaged.
• All original accessories, manuals and packaging must be included.
• Products that have been opened and used may receive a partial refund depending on condition.
• Digital products and software licences are non-returnable once activated.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. The money is returned to the original payment method. Shipping costs for the return are at your expense unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Defective or wrong product

Did you receive a defective product, or the wrong item? Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or full refund.
