Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day. You will receive a track & trace link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Standard shipping costs €4.95. Free shipping applies on all orders over €50. Express delivery is also available at checkout.

You have 14 days from delivery to return a product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us at [email protected] to start a return.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process the refund within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Every pair comes with soft silicone ear tips in multiple sizes, so you can find your fit straight out of the box. Start with the medium tips; if they feel loose go one size up, if they press go one size down.
